I am a psychoanalytically trained psychologist working at the intersection of clinical practice, continental philosophy, and critical theory. My approach draws on Lacan, Hegel, and the Frankfurt School tradition — not as abstract frameworks, but as living tools for understanding the structures that shape experience, suffering, and desire.

Before entering clinical work, my academic research focused on determinate negation, psychotic structure, and the relationship between crisis and subjectivity. This theoretical grounding informs how I listen: not for symptoms to manage, but for the logic — often unconscious — that organizes a person's way of being in the world.

I work with individuals navigating existential impasses, relational difficulties, questions of identity and meaning, professional burnout, and the aftereffects of experiences that resist easy categorization. I also offer supervision for clinicians and graduate students seeking a psychoanalytic frame for their case work.

I believe that genuine change comes not from learning new coping strategies, but from a sustained encounter with what you already know but cannot yet say. My role is to provide the conditions — the regularity, the attention, the theoretical precision — for that encounter to take place.

Scope of practice

For clients in Germany, I offer psychotherapy under my Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie license. For international clients, I offer psychoanalytic counseling and philosophical consultation. This is not a substitute for psychiatric or emergency medical treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

Psychoanalysis as rigorous thinking — not symptom management
01

Structural Listening

Working at the level of structure rather than symptom. Understanding how your particular way of organizing experience creates both your strengths and your suffering.

02

Philosophical Grounding

Drawing on Hegel, Lacan, and critical theory to understand the deeper logic of your situation — not applying techniques, but thinking together about what matters.

03

Sovereignty & Agency

Respecting your intelligence and autonomy. Therapy as collaborative inquiry, not expert-patient hierarchy. Your knowledge of yourself is the starting point.
