I'm a psychologist working with adults in English and German. Before opening my practice I worked at the Autism-Spectrum Unit of the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich, and I am currently completing my licensure training in behavioural therapy in Munich. I have particular experience with adults whose autism or ADHD went unrecognised for years — people who function well on paper and are exhausted underneath, often with anxiety, burnout, or trauma layered on top.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety and burnout, relational difficulties, questions of identity and meaning, existential impasses, and the aftereffects of experiences that resist easy categorization.

Cognitive-behavioural methods give the work its structure: a shared understanding of the problem, clear goals, concrete work between sessions. Where a difficulty keeps returning despite good technique — repeating relationship patterns, self-sabotage, questions of identity — I draw on psychoanalytic thinking to understand what the symptom is doing for you, and to approach what you already know but cannot yet say.

That thinking draws on Lacan, Hegel, and the Frankfurt School tradition — not as abstract frameworks, but as working tools for understanding the structures that shape experience, suffering, and desire. Alongside clinical work, my research addresses determinate negation, psychotic structure, and the relationship between crisis and subjectivity. It informs how I listen: not only for symptoms to manage, but for the logic — often unconscious — that organizes a person's way of being in the world.

Scope of practice

Sessions are psychotherapy (n. d. HeilprG) under my licence as Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, whether we work in English or German. This is not a substitute for psychiatric or emergency medical treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

Technique where it works — depth where it doesn’t
01

Clear Structure

Cognitive-behavioural methods as the backbone: a shared understanding of what is going on, clear goals, and concrete work between sessions. You should be able to tell whether the work is helping.

02

Structural Listening

When a problem keeps returning, working at the level of structure rather than symptom — drawing on Lacan, Hegel, and critical theory to understand how your way of organizing experience creates both your strengths and your suffering.

03

Sovereignty & Agency

Respecting your intelligence and autonomy. Therapy as collaborative inquiry, not expert-patient hierarchy. Your knowledge of yourself is the starting point.
